If you follow me on Instagram you know how much I love coffee. Words cannot espresso how much a perfect latte beans to me.
The perfect cup just gives me that warm, fuzzy feeling – ya know?
After 6 months of cafe hopping, here are my top five picks from around London town. I know I still have so many cafes to explore, but here are my current five favourites.
My two favourite things in the summer are gelato and iced coffee. On a hot summer day, there’s nothing more that I want than a cup of iced latte in one hand and a gelato in the other (please don’t judge). Over the last few weeks, I made my way around several London gelato and ice cream shops and picked out my top 5 – let me give you the scoop!
There is something about being surrounded by lush greenery in the mountains. It’s refreshing, vitalizing and oh so beautiful. Ubud is one such place.
“I don’t have enough time.”
“I had such a long day at work.”
“I don’t like my local gym.”
The list can go on and on. We tend to make so many excuses to not go and get moving – I can say it because I used to be one of them.
Over the last three years, things changed, I changed and working out has become part of my lifestyle. I used to think I could get away with going for a walk…and shopping counted right? Wrong. There is so much to working out than taking a brisk walk. It is definitely a lifestyle change, something that you have to make time for and get done so you can be the best of you (oh that’s deep I know, but believe me it’s true).
I always get told, “I don’t know how you do it.” “What keeps you motivated.” “How do you always have time to work out.”
The solution just lies in one place…you, but here are 5 other ways to get your butt to the gym and get in shape.
Thailand is one of my favorite places in the world. There is so much natural beauty, delectable food, great weather, and culture – it’s hard not to fall in love with it.
I think the saying goes sun’s out
guns ice-cream’s out.
When I say vegan, I know a lot of you think lettuce, tomatoes and a wheatgrass shot, but behold because I’ve found one of the filthiest vegan burgers in town. Last week, Arancini Brothers invited J and I to try out their menu which included vegan and non-vegan options (hurra!).
Owned by big Dave and little Dave, Arancini Brothers started off as a food truck selling risotto balls in Brick Lane Market. Fast forward some years and they now have a comprehensive menu with three branches around London. We headed out to the one in Kentish Town. C’mon in!
